Program Services: Continually provides a menu of services that take into account current and future trends, needs, interests, barriers, population shifts and inner city challenges.

Facility: Provides safe and adequate facilities that are in compliance with local, state, and federal codes as well as the standard that Kips Bay has set over the years.

Staff: Staff our operations with supportive, caring personnel and continually support that staff in its development and ability to provide services.

Membership: Promote continuous membership growth through high quality services; maximize use of our facilities by other youth during non-program hours (where Possible), outreach and expansion to underserved communities and specialty services to youth with serve our membership.

Community: Formulate and act on plans and opportunities to build relationships and collaborations with other organizations (schools, law enforcement, religious, governmental, community groups, etc.) that share common interest in order to more effectively serve our membership.
