Group Tutoring: Our group-tutoring program consists of a 1 to 10 ratio. We tutor first grade through eighth grade members. Members are grouped by their present grade. They meet twice a week. They meet on one day for reading and the next for math. Each session consists of three separate components. The first component entails 40 minutes of instructional time targeting areas of weakness. The Second component consists of instructional time utilizing the computer and computer programs to enhance skills. The third component consists of extra homework help. If a member has a special project for school or exams to study for, this time is then utilized to give the member guidance and direction. Testing is done only in the months of September and end of December.
