Triple Play (Ages 6-18)
Designed to teach club members to make healthier choices by educating boys and girls about good nutrition, making physical fitness a daily practice and developing individual strengths and good character. In addition to components for the mind and body, the Triple Play program gets at the soul of the Club experience - the games room.
Get Fit To Play (Ages 6-12)
The Body part of Triple Play where club members participate in physical fitness and sports to enable students to become aware of obesity problems and develop an understanding and desire to exercise and play sports to combat obesity. Students participate in intramurals and outside tournaments.
Healthy Habits (Ages 6-12)
The Mind part of Triple Play, a generation-changing, life-enhancing nutrition program goal where youth are empowered to eat right. Club members cover the power of choice, calories, vitamins and minerals, the food pyramid and appropriate portion size.
The Game Room (6- 18)
The soul of the Club experience - the games room provides club members access to Billiards, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and Soccer table games as well as board games such as chess, dominoes, and cards.
Power Hour - Making Minutes Count (Ages 6-12)
Helps Club members ages 6-12 be more successful in school by providing homework help and encouraging members to become self-directed learners.
Ballet & African Dance (Ages 10-18 )
Members learns about the African Diaspora through the art of dance as they explore the history, movement, and dance .
